为加强留学生公寓的管理工作，营造安全、文明、整洁和舒适的生活和学习环境，根据我校外国留学生住宿实际情况，特制定本规定。
1.留学生应遵守中国的法律、法规及学校的规章制度和纪律。校内严禁传教及宗教聚会活动。
2.遵守学校的作息时间，不得在公寓内大声喧哗、蹦跳、放大音响，不得留宿校外人员，每晚23:00点必须回到宿舍就寝，严禁夜不归宿。
3.学生入住公寓时，请仔细核对所列物品清单种类及数量，妥善使用及保管，并交纳2000元物品押金，离校时办理退宿、退费手续，如有物品损坏丢失，需照价赔偿。
4.留学生必须按照指定房间、床位居住，未经许可不得私自调换，更不得转让或出租房间。未经他人允许不得擅自进入他人房间。（如有特殊情况，须事先在工作日内向国际合作与交流处提出书面申请）
5. 保持公寓室内外环境卫生，禁止吸烟、酗酒、随地吐痰，保持个人物品的洁净和整齐存放，日常卫生由留学生自己负责。
6.严禁在公寓墙壁、门窗或家具设备上乱写、乱画、乱刻和粘贴物品。
7.禁止私自安装或更换宿舍锁具，不得改装、损坏或自行处置公寓内电器、家具等设备, 不得私自拆移、改装、损坏公寓内的水、电、网络管线等设施。如有损失或遗失，应按价赔偿。
8.严禁在公寓房间内使用电炉、电热毯、散热器，离开房间时要关闭电灯、电脑等电器。注意防火，酿成火灾者，须赔偿一切损失；严重者，将由司法机关追究其刑事责任。
9.节约用水、用电，如发现水、电故障，要及时报告国际合作与交流处。
10.宿舍内严禁饲养宠物，禁止带入和存放管制刀具、易燃、易爆、有毒和有害物品。
11.妥善保管好个人的财物。外出时要关锁好门窗，保管好随身物品、银行卡、证件等，谨防丢失。若发生贵重物品失窃，应保护现场，立即报告国际合作与交流处和安全保卫处备案，并视情况严重程度向当地公安机关报案。
12.对无视学校纪律，有破坏公共财产、酗酒、斗殴、赌博、嫖宿、吸毒以及损坏他人财物等不良行为或非法活动者，根据情节给予处罚，对情节严重者，按我国有关治安条例处理；对违反学校纪律干扰他人学习生活而屡教不改者，以及严重违反公寓管理规定并造成恶劣影响者，将予以退学处理。
The Administrative Provisions for Overseas Students’ Dormitory
in Daqing Normal University
In order to strengthen the management of the overseas students’ dormitory and to create a safe, civilized, clean and comfortable living and learning environment, these regulations are formulated according to the actual conditions of accommodation for overseas students in Daqing Normal University.
1. All of the overseas students must abide by the laws and regulations of People’s Republic of
China
, and the rules and disciplines of Daqing Normal University. Missionary activities and religious parties are strictly prohibited both inside and outside of the campus.
2. Please comply with the university’s study and rest schedule. Keep quiet in the apartment building. The apartments are only provided for overseas students of Daqing Normal University. Anyone who isn’t our student is not allowed to stay overnight. It is strictly required that overseas students return the dormitory before 23:00 every night. It is forbidden to stay out of school overnight.
3. First overseas students must carefully check the list of articles in the room, pay a 2000 yuan returnable deposit for these articles and then appropriately use and custody them. The deposit will be returned when students check out. If any item is damaged or lost, compensation should be made according to its original value.
4. Foreign students must live in designated rooms and beds. It is not allowed to change casually without permission, nor to transfer or lease the room. No one may enter another's room without permission. (In case of special circumstances, a written application shall be submitted to the International Cooperation and Exchange Office within working days in advance.)
5. Please keep the indoor and outdoor environment of the apartment clean. Smoking and drinking in dormitory are strictly prohibited. No spitting. Keep personal belongings clean and tidy. The work of sanitation within the room is usually done by overseas students themselves。
6. It is strictly forbidden to scribble, paint, carve and paste objects on the walls, doors, windows or furniture of the apartment.
7. It is forbidden to install or change the lock of dormitory without permission. Don’t refit, damage or dispose of electrical appliances, furniture and other equipment in the apartment. Don’t dismantle, modify or damage the facilities such as water, electricity and network pipelines.
8. It is strictly prohibited to use electric stoves, electric blankets and radiators in apartment rooms. Please make sure that all the electrical equipment have been shut down when you out of your room. Fire prevention must be paid much attention. The person who caught a fire accident would have to pay for all the losses. If a serious damage happens, the criminal responsibility will be ascertained through judicial authorities.
9. Save water and electricity. Please report to International Cooperation and Exchange Office in time if water or electricity fault is found.
10. Pets are strictly prohibited in dormitories. It is absolutely prohibited to bring in and keep controlled knives, flammable, explosive, toxic and hazardous substances.
11. Take good care of your personal properties. Make sure to lock the door and shut the windows before going out. Take care of your personal cards, bank cards, cash, passport and other properties in case loss or been stolen. If you lose anything precious, you should immediately report to the International Cooperation and Exchange Office and Security Department and even dial 110 to report the whole case of the incident to the local police.
12. Any student, who pays no attention to the school disciplines, and one’s behaviors like destroying public properties or indulging in excessive drinking, fighting with others, Gambling, whoring, drug addiction and damaging other’s properties, will be disposed according to the seriousness of the case. If the case is very serious, the student will be dealt with according to pertinent Public Order Regulations of China. The one, who violates the school disciplines, disturbs other students’ study life and refuses to correct one’s errors despite repeated education, and the one who seriously violates one of these administrative provisions and causes baneful influences will be claimed to leave school.
